FIRST-SESSION GUIDE

How to read a game table before your first action

Read labels before colours

Find the written label beside an icon or number. A blue or gold highlight may draw attention, but colour alone does not say whether something is selected, available or complete. If you cannot explain the label, open the help or rules before pressing it.

A small English–Hindi table glossary

Q♥ and Q♦ share a rank but have different suits. 9♣ changes both. Read each card in full before describing the hand.

Rank · अंक
The value on the card, such as 9 or Q.
Suit · सूट
Spades, hearts, diamonds or clubs.
Hand · हैंड
The cards being evaluated together.
Turn · बारी
The point when a player may act under the rules.
Pending · लंबित
An action has no final confirmation yet.
Confirmation · पुष्टि
A message or record stating what completed.

Separate rank from suit

In a card such as Q♥, Q is the rank and ♥ is the suit. Keep both when describing a hand. Saying “three red cards” loses information because hearts and diamonds are different suits. Use the card examples below to practise reading the full notation.

Find whose turn it is

Look for a written status, a highlighted seat or a timer, and check its explanation in the actual app. Do not assume a countdown means your action was accepted. If the screen changes after a connection interruption, read the current status before trying again.

Look for confirmation after an action

A pressed button, a loading animation and a completed action are different states. Check the message or record the product provides. If the result is unclear, note the time and exact message. Repeating the action immediately can make the sequence harder to describe.

Keep a useful note for help

Record the screen name, visible label, app version and what happened immediately before the problem. Describe “I pressed X, then saw Y” rather than “it does not work.” Keep passwords, OTPs and personal account details out of public screenshots.
