Troubleshoot an update or connection problem

If the download is incomplete

Check connectivity and free storage, then download the file again from the release page. Do not try to open an incomplete package. Compare its filename and file size after the transfer finishes.

If installation fails

Write down the exact message shown by Android. Check the minimum Android requirement and available storage. If an existing app is installed, confirm its identity before treating the new file as an update.

Locate the problem first
  1. Download

Check the connection and completed file.

  2. Installation

    Record Android’s exact message.

  3. Inside the app

Note the version, time and connection issue.

Match the symptom to the right stage before changing settings or removing an app.

Before removing an app

Do not uninstall or erase data merely to make an error disappear. Preserve recovery information and review the app’s own update instructions. This website cannot guarantee migration of an account or local app data.

If the app cannot connect

Check whether other apps can use your network, then retry on a stable connection. Note when the problem started and the error message. A continuing product-side issue may need the support channel supplied inside the app.

What to include in a support request

App version, device model, Android version and the exact error are usually useful. Remove personal information from screenshots and never send passwords or one-time codes.
