RESPONSIBLE USE
Plan a session around your time, not a result
Practical ways to set a stopping point, handle interruptions and recognise when a break is the better next step.

Decide where the session fits
Start with the time you actually have after work, travel, study or family commitments. Choose a stopping time that does not depend on a particular result. A session that fits into your day is easier to reassess than one with an open-ended goal. If there is not enough undisturbed time to understand the rules, it is reasonable to leave the session for later.
Make the stopping point visible
Use a clock, alarm or device reminder you can notice. An in-app reminder can help if the product offers it, but this website has not verified that control in the supplied APK. Decide beforehand what you will do when the reminder appears: finish an already accepted action according to the rules, review its status and stop. Avoid repeatedly moving the deadline.

Keep essential resources separate
If the product involves money, essential expenses should not become a session budget. Do not borrow to continue or increase spending to recover a loss. Read the product’s actual costs, limits and available controls before making a financial decision. There is no general guide or preset routine that can guarantee a result.
Allow for interruptions
Calls, low battery and changing networks are normal parts of using a phone. Before starting, understand the product’s rule for an accepted action if the app disconnects. If an interruption happens, check the recorded status rather than treating a missing animation as a final answer. For a technical issue, save the exact message and time and use verified help.
Notice when the plan changes
Continuing beyond your chosen time, feeling compelled to recover a loss, hiding activity or delaying essential obligations are reasons to pause. The important question is whether the activity is still a choice that fits your day. A stopping plan can be changed toward a longer break; it does not need to be negotiated around a desired result.

Make a break practical
Close the app when it is appropriate under its rules, put the phone aside and return to a planned activity. Review device-level notification controls if interruptions keep drawing you back. Product tools such as account closure or self-exclusion must be checked in the actual app; their availability, duration and effects should be understood before use.
Know where to turn
A trusted person or qualified professional can help if the activity is affecting your wellbeing. The responsible-use page links to independent public resources in India and explains how they differ from product support. Technical support can investigate an app issue; it is not a substitute for personal or professional help when stopping feels difficult.
